A US woman who thought she won a quarter of a million dollars is suing a TV station for being “severely damaged” after she learned it broadcast incorrect lottery numbers.
The Daily Record reports Rakel Daniele seeks $75,000 in damages after relying on the “false and incorrect results” the New York City station WABC-TV allegedly aired in June 2009.
