UAE, Bahrain and Qatar have offered to host the headquarters of the Arab Real Estate Bourse (FILE)
The Arab League floated on Thursday the first Arab Real Estate Bourse, which will become fully operational within the next two years.
Three Arab countries, UAE, Bahrain and Qatar, have offered to host the headquarters of the Bourse and an official announcement of the qualified country is expected soon.
The logistic and legislative capabilities will be taken into account while voting the country eligible to host the headquarters.
The Bourse will operate in cooperation with the economic sector affiliated with the General Secretariat of the Arab League and the global real estate stock exchanges.
