The Premier League has had a tough time dealing with one Uruguayan – Liverpool’s Luis Suarez.

Tonight, another Uruguayan star will haunt another English club.

Chelsea will have to overcome a 3-1 deficit to Napoli to progress in the Champions League – the only English club left with a chance to do so.

Napoli star Edinson Cavani stands in their way.

While the Italians insist they will not sell the Uruguayan (or his strike partner Ezequiel Lavezzi). Cheaply.

Cavani, 25, has scored 41 goals in 57 league games since his move from Palermo.

Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis said: "Right now everyone wants Cavani and Lavezzi.”

However, Chelsea has never bothered to buy players for cheap. Think Fernando Torres for 50 million pounds.

And all indications are that Edinson Cavani might interest Chelsea. And Manchester City as well.

Meanwhile John Terry has told his Chelsea team-mates the future of the club depends on the events of the next 10 weeks.

Terry admitted the whole future direction of the club could be put at risk if a dressing room that is certain to be broken up this summer does not ensure a top four finish by the middle of May.
