Cricket fans in the UAE will get a chance to get a glimpse of India's World Cup star Yuvraj Singh when he attends the Indian Property Show in Dubai next week.

He can be spotted at the Investors Clinic booth on June 21 and 22 between 3 and 5 pm during the three-day exhibition at the Dubai World Trade Center.

Yuvraj is the brand ambassador of Investors Clinic, a pioneering real estate consultancy which brings the Indian all-rounder to Dubai as part of their promotional campaign.

“We’re extremely excited about Yuvraj’s visit to Dubai. He has a vast fan following and this will certainly help us connect better with the NRIs (non-resident Indians) who are our target audience. His association will surely enhance our brand equity as we plan to strengthen our services for NRIs here. Yuvraj’s fighting spirit and all round persona perfectly matches our brand attributes,” said Honey Katiyal, CEO, Investors Clinic.

Yuvraj is on the road to recovery after undergoing chemotherapy in the US for a rare germ cell cancer near his lungs.

He was the star of India's successfull World Cup campaign just over a year ago, scoring 362 runs and taking 15 wickets to be awarded the player of the tournament.

Yuvraj is also likely to return to the cricket field very soon as the latest CT scan of his chest has revealed that the 'scarring tissue' close to his lungs is almost gone, according to a report in Times of India.

He spent around five days at the National Cricket Academy (NCA) in Bangalore earlier this month, where his fitness was assessed by the medical team of the cricket board. He is expected to rejoin the NCA for more fitness drills.

The southpaw has already started batting and even took part in a four-an-over match against Ishant Sharma, who is also going through fitness drills at the NCA after his ankle surgery.

It was also revealed that Yuvraj has been regular with his yoga sessions and is also working hard at the gym.
