Luis Suarez is determined to achieve a Cup double for League Cup winners Liverpool at any cost.

The controversial striker has no qualms about repeating his disgraceful World Cup handball at Wembley on Saturday, according to a report

The Uruguay striker saw red for handling on the line in the last minute of the 2010 quarter-final with Ghana.

It helped Uruguay reach the last four.

The Liverpool striker says he would employ the same tactics in the FA Cup semi with Everton if needed, according to The Sun.

He said: “The sacrifice I made was because it was so important for Uruguay to make the semi-finals.

“Now I want to win this semi-final."

Suarez, who served an eight-match ban for racially abusing Manchester United's Patrice Evra, is willing to go to any level to show his loyalty to Anfield.

He said: “It will take an enormous effort but I am dedicated to the team.

“If I am obliged to stop a ball in the last minute and we win, then I will repeat the action.

“Success for Liverpool is more important to me than anything else."
