Unveiling the 2026 World Cup logo

Press reports revealed the shape of the logo to be adopted for the 2026 World Cup, which will be held in America, Canada and Mexico.

According to the Qatar News Agency, the logo of the 2026 tournament is in the form of a cup, and bears the colors of the three countries hosting the tournament.

The 2026 World Cup will be held for the first time in three countries, with 48 teams divided into 16 groups, each group comprising 3 teams.

The International Federation of Football Associations (FIFA) is studying a plan to change the system of the 2026 World Cup, for fear of the multiplicity of matches that were described as "dead".

It is noteworthy that the 2022 World Cup was decided by the Argentine national team in its favour, after defeating France by penalty kicks in the final match.
