Dubai International Basketball Championship for Emirates NBD Cup

Emirates NBD announced that it will serve as Strategic Partner of the 22nd Dubai International Basketball Championship to be titled Emirates NBD Cup and held under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.

Organised by the UAE Basketball Association, this competition will be held from January 20 to 29 at Al Ahli Club, Dubai.
Played by over 250 million people worldwide in an organised fashion, basketball is the second most popular sport on earth, after football, and is increasingly becoming popular in the Gulf.

Ten world class teams from seven countries are expected to take place in the 22nd Dubai International Basketball championship - Emirates NBD Cup this year.
