Dubai: Indian expats in the UAE can continue applying for passport, visa and attestation services through Al Hind Tours & Travels, the Indian Embassy announced in a notification posted on its official social media accounts.

The Embassy informed the Indian community that four Indian Consular Application Centres (ICACs) would stop operations from October 22, 2026, while 12 ICACs will continue to process applications.

Where can you apply?

With effect from October 22, 2026, Indian consular, passport, visa and attestation services, will continue to be provided by Al Hind Tours & Travels at the following locations:

Abu Dhabi

  • ICAC 1, Al Danah, Al Ghaith Tower, 1205 Hamdan Bin Mohammed Street, Al Danah, Zone 1, Abu Dhabi
  • ICAC 2, Al Ain Building No 14, Street No 1 - 163 Abdullah Bin Dhahir Al Muhairi St - Al Khbeesi – Al Ain, Abu Dhabi

Four centres that will no longer be operational

According to the Indian Embassy, the following ICACs would no longer be functional from October 22, 2026, for administrative reasons:

  • Al Reem, Office No. (WSO 157, 158 and 159) – Level 1, Wafra Square Offices, Al Reem Island Abu Dhabi
