Maktoum bin Mohammed extends sympathies to Sheikh Tamim, Al Thani family and the people of Qatar
Dubai: His Highness Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, First Deputy Ruler of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, expressed his sincere condolences and sympathy to His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani and to the people of Qatar on the passing of Father Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani.
In a post on his official account on the X platform, His Highness said: “My sincere condolences and sympathy to my brother, His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, and to all the honourable people of Qatar on the death of the late Father Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani.
“May God have mercy on the Father Emir, grant him spacious gardens in Paradise, and inspire the Al Thani family and the brotherly people of Qatar with patience and solace. Indeed, we belong to God, and indeed, to Him we will return.”
