Mohammed bin Rashid extends sympathies to Sheikh Tamim, the Qatari people and the family of the late Emir
Dubai: His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, offered his sincere condolences to His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Emir of the State of Qatar, and to the Qatari people on the passing of Father Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani.
In a post on his official account on the X platform, His Highness said: “My sincere condolences to my brother Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani and to the brotherly Qatari people on the death of their dear departed and our departed, the Father Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani.
“May God have mercy on him and grant him spacious gardens in Paradise, and inspire the people of Qatar and all his loved ones with patience and solace. Indeed, we belong to God, and indeed, to Him we will return.”
