Zayed Higher Organisation for People of Determination (ZHO) commemorated Emirati Women's Day 2023 with a series of events hosted at its headquarters, featuring the involvement of various authorities. The initiatives aimed to further integrate people of determination into public life, culture, and sports.

Each authority allocated a dedicated pavilion to showcase their contributions, with a primary focus on recognising the accomplishments of Emirati women in areas of knowledge, action, and philanthropy, breaking barriers to achieve the highest success.

Esteemed entities such as Emirates Red Crescent (ERC), Sheikha Fatima Ladies' Sports Academy (FBMA), Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters (GHQ), and Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation participated in the event to highlight the multifaceted roles women play across diverse domains.

As part of the celebration, ZHO unveiled a documentary titled "We Collaborate for Tomorrow". Released in conjunction with the Year of Sustainability, the film showcases the inspirational journeys of Emirati women on regional and global platforms. It underlines their pivotal contribution to the nation's major accomplishments and reinforces their pivotal role in propelling sustainable development.

The documentary expresses gratitude to H.H. Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak, Chairwoman of the General Women's Union, President of the Supreme Council for Motherhood and Childhood, and Supreme Chairwoman of the Family Development Foundation (Mother of the Nation). Her unwavering support has been instrumental in empowering and guiding Emirati women to excel across all sectors, elevating their leadership presence at every level.

Diverse activities were part of the event, including an engaging cooking workshop led by the youngest Emirati female chef, Chef Aisha Al-Obaidly. The culinary experience featured the enthusiastic participation of women of determination. Additionally, the "Hemam, Talented in Drawing" programme showcased the artistic prowess of talented women, with the involvement of women of determination echoing their creativity.
