Paralyzed bride walks down aisle [video]

This is a story of sheer determination!

Tami Martin of Atlanta, had a minor car accident 15 years ago that had major repercussions on her. She crushed her spine, gained tremendous weight and lost use of her legs, too.

Martin attempted physical therapy, but she broke her leg. She also put on a lot of weight. With the help of a surgical procedure, Martin dropped 192 pounds and set her sights on the altar.

Over the weekend, the happy bride walked down the aisle, with a walker tucked under her gown.

She defied her doctors and traversed 63 feet to meet her now-husband Rob Dietrich at the altar.

Martin’s accomplishment can be attributed to weight loss and determination.
