Video: Saudi poet lets little son drive car

A famous Saudi poet is facing police action after posting a film on his social network page showing his little son driving a car, while he was sat next to him.

Police said they have summoned the poet Ziad bin Naheet after they saw the film, which showed his son Nayef, under 10-years of age, driving the car on a busy road in the capital Riyadh.

According to Sada newspaper, the son asked his father if he wanted him to speed up and ignore the 'Saher' police cameras dotting that road.

It quoted the father as replying: "Don’t worry my son about Saher… just fly.”
