The event was organised by the Abu Dhabi Authority for Culture and Heritage and Abu Dhabi Classics (SUPPLIED) Sixty children and their parents enjoyed the short 1 .5 km Abu Dhabi Media Company Children’s Walk. The purpose of the event was to introduce children to classical music in a fun way (SUPPLIED) The Majid mascots, laid on specially for the children, were a crowd pleaser at the Abu Dhabi Classic Run (SUPPLIED) The Abu Dhabi Police Band kicked off the event, with many residents simply turning out to watch people run to classical music – or enjoy some Beethoven!
