Dubai’s Emaar launches new hotel brand

Emaar Hospitality Group on Monday announced the launch of ‘Manzil’, its fourth hotel brand.

The other brands under the group’s portfolio include The Address Hotels + Resorts, Vida Hotels and Resorts and Dubai Inn.

The company said in a media statement that its latest launch is an upscale boutique brand that leverages Arabesque design aesthetics and flavours.

Mohamed Alabbar, Chairman, Emaar Properties, said the new hospitality brand “is a perfect fit to Dubai’s culture of welcoming visitors from around the world… in a traditional ambience that highlights the region’s culture.”

The company said the new brand will be targeted at the younger generation of travellers and entrepreneurs, especially from GCC countries. After Dubai, Emaar will begin the roll-out of the new brand in key global markets that it is present in. Emaar Hospitality Group currently has 12 hotels in its portfolio.
