Dewa to provide Meydan with all possible facilities

As part of its relentless pursuit to foster collaboration and partnerships with prestigious organisations and companies in Dubai, Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer, MD and CEO of Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (Dewa), has received Saeed bin Humaid Al Tayer, Chairman and CEO of Meydan, accompanied by a high-profile delegation from the Group.

Both sides discussed means of fostering collaboration to meet the requirements of great and unprecedented projects carried out by the Group, as well as providing all the required facilities in all phases of projects, including constructions and connecting electricity and water services.

"During the meeting, we explored Meydan's ambitious plans and the great promising projects it is undertaking. Dewa will provide all possible facilities and requirements to these projects that represent the corner-stone in the developmental projects carried out in the Emirate of Dubai.

“Dewa is always keen to combine efforts with all the stakeholders to promote and optimise all the services delivered to customers and to achieve sustainable economic growth," said Al Tayer. 

"Dewa holds regular meetings with developers and partners to promote collaboration and support projects and initiatives that contribute to the process of sustainable development in line with Dubai Strategic Plan.

“Dewa is always ready to provide Meydan's ambitious projects with all electricity and water services and requirements in compliance with the schedules.

Dewa will closely follow up these projects and will hold continuous meetings with Meydan to ensure highest levels of coordination and collaboration in all phases," he added.
