Abu Dhabi airport customs authorities seized 7.4 kg of crystal methamphetamine with two passengers who tried to smuggle the drugs to Sri Lanka.
Customs men had suspected a passenger who could not hide his confusion when he was told to open his bags.
After searching the bag, they found around five kg of crystal methamphetamine concealed expertly in a secret part of the bag, Alittihad newspaper said.
Nearly an hour later, customs men discovered about 3.4 kg of the same stuff inside a bag that belonged to another passenger on the same flight.
