The Dubai Criminal Court heard the case of a prostitute who was given a stolen credit card in return for services provided.
SAA, 28, Iranian visitor, was arrested when she submitted the credit card to pay for her purchases from a shop in Deira City Centre that proved to be stolen, testified Corporal Salem Ibrahim.
The woman claimed that she was given the credit card in return for offering sex to her friend who did not having cash but had a bank card which he claimed had credit balance of about Dh1080.
“The man booked a room in a hotel in Al Riqqa area. I went with him and his friend after spending sometime in a night club,” the woman told the policeman.
SAA confessed to having consensual sex with her friend.
Police arrested MNH, 27, salesman, for attempting to molest SAA.
The court will reconvene on November 28.
