Man on trial for kissing 3-year-old boy on beach

A 49-year old jobless Sri Lankan allegedly kissed a three year old boy on his lips when he was on the beach with his baby sitter, the Dubai Criminal Court heard.
 
RS, 40, Filipina baby sitter, had accompanied her employer’s son to the beach and her co-worker AD, 48, Filipina maid. While the boy was playing around, a man approached him and kissed him.
 
“A man approached the boy and made him sit on his lap before kissing and sucking his lips for about three seconds before I shouted at him,” said the baby sitter.
 
Her co-worker AD repeated corroborative testimony saying that when they shouted at the man who smeltof alcohol, he abused us.
 
Police arrived in the scene and arrested the accused who admitted to kissing the child, claiming that it was a very natural kiss.
 
The court will give its sentence on July 9.
