Pool guard peeps at woman swimmer

A Pakistani guard, who peeped at a woman while she was changing her dress in the building’s swimming pool area, was sentenced to three months in jail.
 
MA, 37, was also ordered by the Dubai Criminal Court of First Instance to be deported after serving his jail term.
 
According to the records, on May 3, EH, 60, Pakistani housewife, was swimming in the building’s pool.

“At around 10pm, the guard at the pool came to me and asked me to leave as it was closing time. I got out of the pool and headed to a dress changing room. While I was in, I heard a sound behind me. I turned towards the room’s door and saw the guard was leaning into the room from the door’s upper gap. I shouted and screamed at him and pretended that I did not recognise him saying: ‘Who are you?’ The guard got down and asked me to get out as he wants to leave.
 
From behind the door, the elderly told the guard that her son is coming to pick her up to warn him that a man is coming so that he would not harm her.
 
“When I told him that, he got out of the room but he switched off the lights. I shouted at him so he turned them on again. When I got out of the room, I did not see him... I was scared that he was hiding somewhere. I got back into the dress changing room where there was an exit to the stairwell,” she said.
 
The woman saw the guard down the stairs but he turned his back to her so that she would not see him.
 
When she entered her flat, she informed her daughter and they called the police.
 
Police arrested the guard who admitted that he peeped at the woman and saw her completely naked.
