Taxi driver found stabbed to death in car

A taxi driver has been found lying dead in his vehicle in Fujairah.

According to police reports the man was an Asian and in his 30s and early forensic evidence suggested that he had been stabbed to death.

Fujairah Police have launched a man-hunt for the suspected killer.

The Fujairah CID, responding to a call, found the man in his car in the remote mountain region of Yabsa in Fujairah late on Saturday.

The CID team reported that the victim had been stabbed several times and the body was then transferred to Fujairah Hospital.
