IMK, a 45-year-old Bangladeshi building watchman, allegedly molested a housemaid in the lift, the Dubai Criminal Court.
The victim AMK, 28, Sri Lankan, testified that on November 15, 2011 she went down the lift with children to wait for the school bus.
After the children got into the bus, she went back into the building. “The building’s watchman got into the lift with me. All of a sudden, he started kissing me and touching my private parts, ”AMK testified.
The accused confessed to the accusation. The court adjourned the case for verdict until February 26.
