Man on run after killing 10 of ex-fiancée's family

A man in northwest Pakistan is on the run after killing his former fiancée and nine members of her family on Sunday, reported ‘Arabnews’.

Last year he had murdered his parents and two brothers when they refused to pay his dowry and he was never arrested for those killings, the report added.

His former fiancée’s father had reportedly asked for a residential plot as dowry, which his parents and brothers refused to pay.

According to police, the 25-year-old suspect stormed into the house early morning on Sunday and killed his aunt, uncle and eight cousins, including his former fiancée, on Sunday with an AK-47 rifle. The dead include two children and four women, the report added.
