Man rapes and kills wife with friend’s help

An Egyptian man invited his friend for a drugs and booze night at his home. When they were intoxicated, he asked him to rape his wife before joining hands in murdering her.

Police said they found the body of the 16-year-old wife in a deserted field and suspected her husband, who had been jailed before on drug charges.

During interrogation, the husband confessed to murdering his wife with the help of his friend, newspapers said in a report from the northern town of Sers El Layan.

“The husband claimed he was under the influence of drugs when he and his friend raped his wife…he said that when he came round, he realized his mistake and decided to kill his wife to hide the rape crime,” a police source said.
