Butcher kills friend over one kg of meat

An Egyptian butcher killed his friend after they argued about the price of one kg of meat at their shop in the most populated Arab country.

The killer told police that he had a heated argument with his partner at the shop after they disagreed on the price of one kg of meat to a customer.

Newspapers quoted him as saying the argument developed into a fight and that he used a butcher knife to stab his friend at their shop in the Northeastern El Hawamdia town.
