Cop held for raping kid in Kuwait

Kuwaiti police arrested a national guard on charges of abducting and raping a 10-year-old boy while in the official uniform, a newspaper reported on Sunday.

Police arrested the cop on descriptions provided by the boy who said he was abducted just as he stepped out of his house in the capital Kuwait City.

The Arabic language daily 'Al Watan' said the unidentified guard confessed to raping the boy and other offences involving robbing expatriates while in his official uniform.
