Maid found pregnant by employer

A Nepalese housemaid in Kuwait had done her best to hide her pregnancy from her employer following her frequent visits to the shop keeper next door. When she was in her eighth month pregnancy, the abdominal swelling could no longer be concealed.

“Her employer went straight to the police and told them that her maid could be pregnant,” Alanba newspaper said.

“Tests showed she was in her eighth month…she confessed to having a relationship with the shop keeper.”

Drunk man walks into jail

A drunk man who was walking back home after a booze night in Kuwait swayed into a police centre to the surprise of the personnel. When they asked him what he wants, he simply said he was just having a walk.

“They noticed that he was not normal and knew then that he was drunk…so they just simply opened the detention room and asked him to keep walking.”
 

Man dies trying to evade car accident

An Asian worker in Saudi Arabia had no choice but to jump from a high bridge to avert a road accident but died just after landing on the ground.

The worker was standing near a police car parked in the wrong direction to investigate the fall of a truck off the bridge in the central town of Buraidah.

"A speeding car came in the police car’s direction and rammed into it….the Asian worker’s instant reaction was jumping down from the bridge….he died of impact,” Sabq newspaper said.
