Housemaid caught on camera mixing urine with family food

A Saudi man suspecting the behavior of his Ethiopian housemaid decided to install secret cameras in the kitchen. When he later checked the film, he got the shock of his life when he saw the maid urinating in the cooking dish.

The Saudi Arabic language daily Sharq published the one-minute video showing the maid taking her pants off, placing the cooking pan under her and pissing into it. She then lifted the dish and started to prepare the meal for her employers.

“We apologize for publishing this indecent film but we did so to warn families against any improper behavior by their maids,” the paper said without mentioning where that family lives in Saudi Arabia.

I am very disappointed at so many comments justifying such behavior. If the maid is abused she must use legal channels. If you endorse this type of behavior, then next time if you are dining out and if the cook / waiter not happy with the employer, your last tip or your comment, look or whatever else, based on your endorsement of this type of behavior, you would deserve whatever extra ingredients in your food and don't complain!

The camera is moving? The employer is watch or spying on the maid. When else is he spying on the maid? It is also time Saudi women learn to cook and we send all the maids home. Even in the West wives cook!

The evidence is purely circumstantial. There is no evidence that content of the dish was used in any way as claimed. For all we know, there is a wash basin of some sorts where the bowl was emptied and washed.

I'm sure the family did something horrid to the poor maid to deserve this. We cannot believe that a woman, in her senses at lease, travelled all the way from Ethopia to Saudi Arabia to urinate in someone's food!

@Naimadz. What she did is wrong, but why the employer who illtreats the maids is not getting punished. Why did Philippines and Indonesia stop sending maids to Saudi? How many of these maids would be allowed to leave even if they want to? When employers treat them good they too would treat them in the same manner.

@Jenny, if there are some people who illtreat maids, why not quit? Complain? If that is crime, this is not? Both should be liable for their deeds. They are not qualified, don't know how to do the jobs they are paid for and any small comment from employers they kill, torture kids and intoxicate people with her urine. This no crime?

I'd assume she had good reasons to do that.
