Student spits on teacher's face on Graduation Day

A YouTube video has gone viral on Internet in which a Jordanian student spit on the face of his teacher while going on to the stage to receive his certificate on the Graduation Day.

The university’s board has cancelled the student's degree and also submitted a request to the Ministry of Higher Education.

The university said in the application to the ministry that the student lacks manners and doesn't deserve to get the certificate.

The Ministry of Higher Education is looking into the matter.

According to comments posted on the social media, the teacher had challenged the student that he would not succeed. But if he did, he can spit on his face on the Graduation Day and that’s what the student did.

Many on the social media said that the student must have been poor in his studies and this was the reason the teacher challenged the student.
