Dubai-based property developer Tebyan has signed a partnership agreement with Austrian crystal giant Swarovski at its headquarters in Wattens, Austria, to create the first-of-its-kind crystal-inspired ‘Sparkle Towers at Dubai Marina’.

Branded as ‘Space Marveled by Swarovski,’ the ultra-luxurious resort-style residential haven is unique among other elite developments in Dubai, due to its exquisite crystal-themed innovations ranging from the sparkling lighting solutions, crystal interiors and more.

Located in Dubai Marina, the project consists of two towers: the first (G+29 floors) offers views of Dubai Marina from three sides while the second (G+14 floors) overlooks Jumeirah Beach Residence with partial views of the marina and the sea. A residential podium (G+4 floors) connects the two towers.

“All over the world, Dubai is now known as a haven of luxury where simply having a ‘good’ residence is just not good enough,” said Naji Alia, Managing Director of Tebyan. “Tebyan has gone beyond luxury to perfection, by partnering with Swarovski, a trendsetter who has sparkled in the luxury crystal arena for 120 years. This marvel will truly live up to its name,” he added.

“The coming together of two companies with proven expertise in their respective areas is bound to create a ‘beyond luxury’ living experience. As a premium supplier to the project, Swarovski is delighted to be able to present the residents of Sparkle Towers at Dubai Marina with an opportunity to personally experience the joy of crystal through a whole range of sparkling applications. Our input will also ensure that their chosen place of residence stands out as unique in a city where luxury is the norm,” said Peter Pelletier, Senior Vice-President at Swarovski.

Tebyan’s portfolio includes projects in Saudi Arabia and the UAE. The company will officially unveil the towers in October 2014.
