Why is Aishwarya Rai hiding her 'cute' Aaradhya?
Mother-in-law Jaya Bachchan also feels Aishwarya Rai is over-protective
Being an over cautious parent never hurt any child in this big bad world.
And when it comes to celebrities, they generally tend to take it to extremes.
You have star kids like Vihaan Raj, recently born to Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra, who appeared in this world and soon after made a special appearance in the cyber world with his own Twitter account.
On the other end of the spectrum, you have Aishwarya Rai, who is taking extreme precautions not to reveal her toddler, Aaradhya's looks to the world.
Mother-in-law and veteran actress Jaya Bachchan also feels that Aishwarya Rai is over protective, but she does not divulge more to the media.
Obviously, she cannot be seen criticising her daughter-in-law in public, but using stole, folder, milk bottle, and human shields to hide her daughter's face from the world is surely going a bit too far.
Granted, when Aaradhya first looks was revealed to the world yesterday, there was mad frenzy.
But, does Aishwarya realise that her child is becoming more vulnerable by the day, as people's curiosity is getting worse and the Bachchan family's fans are getting a tad too desperate to get a peek of the baby's face.
After all, isn't it customary in families all over the world, to want to see/meet/hold a newborn?
Don't the Bachchan family realise, that to the common man, the actors and their family members are akin to their own extended family?
They see nothing wrong in being nosy and wanting to see and know more about Aaradhya.
Instead of using different shields to guard her identity, Aishwarya and company would do well to think of a strategy on how to reveal Aaradhya's looks to the whole world, without creating too many ripples. That is, if they haven't already thought of one.
