The 40-year-old actor and the 29-year-old Russian model were seen together in the audience at 'Finding Neveland', which stars Glee alum Matthew Morrison.

According to Page Six, Cooper and Shayk met through mutual friends and have been 'hanging out' for the past week.

But since they are both coming off the back of long-term relationships, they are taking things lightly: 'a friendly relationship - for the time being,' the site quoted a source.

The Oscar-nominated actor recently got out of a relationship with British model Suki Waterhouse, 23, after two years of dating. However, the duo sparked reconciliation rumors when they were spotted together at Coachella earlier this month.

As for Irina, the Sports Illustrated swimsuit cover girl broke up with Spanish soccer star Cristiano Ronaldo earlier this year after reports surfaced he was cheating. They dated on and off for five years.
