Does Emraan Hashmi have a second wife?

Much like a Bollywood movie script, ‘Ek Thi Daayan’ star Emraan Hashmi was in for a shocker when a woman barged into his house last week, claiming she was his second wife.

According to the Daily Bhaskar, Rashmi Singh entered Emraan’s house with a few cops and claimed she had married the star.

She addressed him as Emraan Siddique and claimed they got married two months back.

The actor was on his way to the movies, with his wife and son, when this drama unfolded.

A website was quoted; “She claimed to be from Lucknow and stated that he had a physical relationship with her.

“She claimed that he had called her incessantly and asked her to come to Mumbai. But when asked to identify the number from which he had called her, she was clueless.” 

The website added that “she looked mentally unstable” and was unable to substantiate her claims.

 “She demanded that he be arrested for cheating. She kept repeating her story to anyone willing to listen. However, she had no proof of marriage.”

The actor reportedly handled the situation maturely and left his family out of the drama that ensued.

Once the woman walked out of the house, the waiting media-persons ensured they got the full story from her.

A video link on YouTube, posted by ‘Bollywood Uncut’, has captured much of the events, with the disturbed lady walking aimlessly outside the actor’s house. “I want INR1 crore in compensation, for what he did to me,” she demanded to the cameramen.

Looking at how persistent this woman was, it does appear that it’s not just the ‘daayans’ (witches) who are after Emraan’s blood!
