Sanjay Dutt has turned script writer. Currently out on a furlough in the midst of serving a sentence under the Arms Act after being indicted under the act for possession and destroying illegal arms, Sanjay has found a way to tell stories.

The actor has not just written one story but a good deal of them. "I have written 10 scripts inside in jail and I am going to work on them when I come out after serving my sentence," says the actor who is looking thin and mean now.

"I have lost around 18 kilograms now," he admits, while adding that he has only availed of what is legally due to him when he got out on a parole or a furlough. "Prisoners have the right to avail of this facility and I have taken that. It feels good to be out now for a while and I am happy to spend time with my kids. It has been a few months and I was trying to be out by Christmas," says the actor.

The actor also managed to watch the film PK with Aamir Khan. "I was trying to be out during the premiere, but couldn't. But the media has been very supportive too. I thank Rajkumar Hirani for making this film and also the media to be so supportive of our work," says Dutt.
