He showed up with his boys in tow and sat next to Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz throughout.
First of all they watched the men's 5,000 metre race to cheer on Team GB's Mo Farrah.
They had the treat of their life to witness Farrah picking up gold for the country.
David was pumped up with excitement as he jumped up in the air and shouted as Farrah crossed the finish line.
Soon after the track and field event he rushed to the Aquatics Centre to see the divers.
They took their seats to watch Thomas Daley compete for a medal in the high diving.
Again they were ecstatic as they watched the 18-year-old eventually pick up bronze after showing off an impressive display.
