Bollywood diva Deepika Padukone dotes on her mother and this new viral video of hers proves that she's a mumma's girl.
On Mother's Day Deepika tweeted a new advertisement of a leading jeweler brand she endorses.

This one was dedicated to her mother and also features Ujjala Padukone, her real-life mom.
The ad starts with a monologue by Deepika in the background while she is shopping in a jewellery store.
In the beautifully written monologue Deepika thanks her mother in the best possible way; for being the same caring yet stern mother even after Deepika's stardom and popularity.
Deepika looks so much like her mother, and the two look so adorable together.
Also the instrumental touch of the song 'A Thousand Years' by Christina Perri adds more to the emotive value of the whole ad.
At the end Deepika gifts her mother a set of necklace. We understand one cannot thank mothers enough and not by any piece of jewellery.
But let's not dwell on the gift from the larger narrative and enjoy the emotions expressed in the ad.
