Kapoor vs Kapur: Sonam hates Shahid

She might have to listen to her dad professionally since she is the apple of her daddy’s eye, but bratty star Sonam Kapoor has figured out that personally, she can do as she wants and no one can stop her. Professionally, she maintains how much she loves Shahid Kapur, co-star of her upcoming film Mausam and his dad Pankaj Kapur, director of the film, taking the advice of superstar dad Anil Kapoor. 

However, at Imran Khan’s recent party to celebrate the success of his latest release Mere Brother Ki Dulhan, it was very clear that the two cannot stand to be in each other’s company for more time than necessary. Usually, in these commercially savvy days of Bollywood, when most actors have films coming up for release, they are inevitably seen making public appearances together. At Imran’s party, Sonam arrived on her own and once she went into the party, stayed as far away from Shahid as possible, said eye witnesses.

Earlier in the week, while she was all praises for Shahid and his dad at the function to celebrate the success of the music of Mausam, according to reliable sources, she still holds a grudge against the father and son for having made life hell on the sets of the film. During most of the shooting of the film, Sonam had to allegedly wait for hours before her shots were taken, sometimes not shooting at all for many days. Pankaj would be obsessed with getting Shahid’s shots right and even the production crew of Mausam had neglected looking after Sonam. When she got her dad to intervene, Shahid got upset with Sonam and since then, the two have hated each other.
