Get ready for Priyanka Chopra's first single to be released today worldwide during the 'Thursday Night Football'. 

The song, also features rapper Will.I.AM., is titled "In My City".

Priyanka Chopra's music album will be released later this year but her single makes it on NFL's 'Thursday Night Kickoff'.

This will be her first step as an international music artist, unveiling her single “In My City”, as the intro for the football show.

The single “In My City” is produced by RedOne and Brian Kennedy and shares her management with Lady Gaga..

'Thursday Night Kickoff', which begins on September 13 with the 185th meeting between the Chicago Bears and the Green Bay Packers, the most-played rivalry in NFL history.

"We're excited to showcase Priyanka's talent and worldwide appeal to millions of NFL fans across the United States," said NFL Network Executive Producer Eric Weinberger. "In My City will set the perfect tone for Thursday Night Kickoff which leads into each of the 13 primetime Thursday Night Football games on NFL Network," reports Yahoo.

Chopra recently shot the spot that will air every Thursday night before and after Thursday Night Football on the NFL Network.

Last year Thursday night football averaged a record 6.2 million viewers and this time too is expected to a great opening.

Priyanka could not have had a better kick start for her musical career. This international push is part of Chopra’s shift away from an exclusively Indian Bollywood career.

In 2011, Chopra was signed to 2101/DesiHits/Interscope Records to record a pop and dance album.
