Justin Timberlake has shared the first photo of his son Silas.

Ensuring that the youngster becomes a basketball fan at a very early age, Justin dressed the tot in a blue Memphis Grizzlies basketball jersey - the team that he is a minority owner of.

The newborn baby could barely open his eyes and looked curiously at his father as the photo was taken.

This photo was post on Justin Timberlake's Instagram page.

The singer and actor posted a snapshot of the adorable little boy, who was born earlier this month, in the arms of Jessica Biel on his Instagram page.

It is also the first time Jessica has been pictured since the birth.

With no make-up what-so-ever the 33-year-old looks stunning in the snapshot, wearing a baseball cap and a black top.

The couple's rep confirmed the arrival of Silas Randall Timberlake on April 11 and told 'People' magazine that 34-year-old Justin is 'ecstatic', and both mom and baby are doing well.

Silas was the middle name of Justin's grandfather, and Randall is the name of Justin's father, as well as the singer's own middle name.
