Heartbreaker: It's Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber all over... again

Even as Selena Gomez’s handlers pointedly informed the Dubai press that the singing sensation will not answer any questions on her former beau, Justin Bieber, the man is question is still not leaving any chance to croon over his ladylove.

Bieber’s recently released ‘Heartbreaker’ has the social media abuzz with speculation that this contemplative number is the superstar’s own lovelorn tale of splitting up with Gomez.

The young singer himself wrote of this track, stating: “It’s a song for people going through a heartbreak ­— like I was when I wrote it.”

He posted the track’s iTunes description on his Twitter account, which read: “It means so much to me to be able to share what I was, and still am going through, with my fans. I’m very proud of this song and I hope it give my fans some insight into my heart.”

Naturally, the song has shot up to the number one spot on iTunes.

‘Heartbreaker’ was released as part of Bieber’s 10-week ‘Music Mondays’ series, which fans were being teased about since earlier in the summer.

Nine more songs are scheduled to be released over the remaining weeks, which Bieber refers to as his ‘journals’.
