Is SRK giving IIFA a miss because of Salman?

SRK is in London for a shoot instead of Iifa in Singapore

After all the speculations of fireworks between arch rival Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan in the upcoming Iifa Awards it is now revealed that SRK is not attending the Awards taking place in Signapore.

Bad news for some typical Bollywood Schadenfreude is that Shah Rukh Khan is set to give Iifa ceremony a miss as he will be busy shooting for Yash Chopra's untitled next.

The actor will be shooting in London this weekend where he will be joined by his family and children Aryan and Suhana for their summer vacation.

His co-stars Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma will join the actor a few days later.

After two years of gap it is likely that Salman Khan will attend the awards this year. There were whispers that he might skip the Singapore event this time too of which Shah Rukh Khan is the brand ambassador.

As soon as news of Salman attending the event spread, a face-off between 'once-good-friends' was anticipated.

The fact that Shah Rukh is the brand ambassador of Iifa and he is still skipping the event doesn't fit the bill.

Is he avoiding coming face to face with Salman Khan?

Salman is currently shooting for 'Ek Tha Tiger' in Bangkok for the final schedule of the film with Katrina Kaif.

Salman Khan's blockbuster 'Bodyguard' has been nominated in most categories.

While Shah Rukh has been nominated in the best actor category for 'Don 2'. His film 'RA.One' has nomination for best music for the song 'Chammak Challo'.

    Who cares if SRK attends or not. He has embarrassed the country. He looks so old. Don't talk about Salman or the others, they are saints in their behaviour compared to SRK. SRK is not missing awards because of Salman, but because he is too ashamed and set bad example to his kids which is now evident what a liar.

    SRK is the King of Bollywood. It is Salman's duty to know the acting from King Khan. Every outsider sees Bollywood films only for SRK.
