Kamal Haasan will make 'Vishwaroopam 2' in 3D

Ask Kamal Haasan about the problems of getting films certified by the censor board and he smiles. “We are all subjected to good and bad certifications. There are cuts in the film which spoil the continuity of the narration. “This is happening not only to me but others as well. It is not an individual experience but a collective one.”

Haasan says he is planning a sequel to his controversial film. “We are doing ‘Vishwaroopam 2’. We are working on it. It will come in 3D."

On the influence of Hollywood he says, “Don’t blame Hindi cinema for being influenced by the West. I hate the word Bollywood. It does not have to be that way. Hindi films cater to the Indians, hence we have to bear in mind the Indian culture in mind while telling our stories.”
