Kareena Kapoor, Arjun Kapoor filming 'Ki and Ka' in Dubai

Celeb-spotting in the UAE is no big deal - not with Hollywood studios jetting in Dubai and Abu Dhabi as their preferred shoot destinations.

This time, it's Bollywood actors Kareena Kapoor Khan and Arjun Kapoor who will make sure the paparazzi have a busy schedule as they visit the emirates with 'Ki and Ka'.

The Palace Downtown Dubai, the five star premium property of The Address Hotels and Resorts, is all set to make another glitzy appearance in a much-awaited Bollywood film, 'Ki and Ka,' organised by Event Brokers.

A gala event was hosted by the hotel in collaboration with Event Brokers to celebrate the making of 'Ka and Ki'.

Held at The Viewing Deck, overlooking The Dubai Fountain and Burj Khalifa, an elite crowd were invited to mingle with the movie's director R Balki along with the lead actors.

A significant portion of the film will be shot across the properties of Emaar Hospitality Group in Dubai including The Palace Downtown Dubai.

The popular hotel was chosen as a key shooting location for its distinct Arabesque architectural features and being centrally located in Downtown Dubai.

The upcoming romantic film is about two people with contrasting ideologies. While Arjun essays a progressive house husband, who lovingly supports his wife's ambitions, Kareena portrays a super ambitious career-oriented woman in the movie.

This is the first time Arjun and Kareena would be seen together sharing the silver screen, and with a topic like gender, it's definitely something to look forward to.

'Ki & Ka' will also reportedly see a special appearance by megastar Amitabh Bachchan, with whom Balki has worked in his past movies 'Cheeni Kum', 'Paa' and 'Shamitabh'.
