Kevin Spacey prank calls Hillary Clinton in 'House of Cards' spoof

When the days are slow at the White House, it looks like Frank Underwood takes a break from political scheming for some prank calls.

The Clinton Foundation recruited Kevin Spacey for a video leading up to Bill Clinton's 68th birthday on Tuesday, in which Spacey channels his 'House of Cards' character Underwood to prank Hillary Clinton.

"I like to entertain myself by having some fun with my predecessors," says Spacey before starting his best Bill impersonation.

He tries to get Hillary to reveal her birthday present to Bill, to which Hillary replies "I told you, this is a very personal decision that I will make when I'm ready," an answer too familiar to those who have asked the former Secretary of State if she'll be running for president in the next election.

Spacey also attempts to convince Hillary to get Bill an elephant, a fitting request as Hillary and Chelsea Clinton have spoken out against elephant poaching. When Spacey suggests "Frank" as a name for Chelsea's baby (and "Claire" for a girl, of course), Hillary knows it's him.

The segment closes with a 'House of Cards;-style text exchange between Bill and Spacey, indicating that Bill was in on it the whole time.

The Netflix political drama is currently filming its third season.
