From bombshell to heavyweight to yummy mommy, Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty is all set to judge couples on dance reality show 'Nach Baliye 5'.

Everyone waited with great interest to watch Shilpa's performance on the opening night since this would have been the first time that the former item girl is seen shaking a leg in public post son Viaan's birth.

But it was a dampener! All the anticipation reached anti-climax as Shilpa Shetty barely moved.

The actress did make a grand entrance setting the stage on fire, albeit it was the fireworks that the creative director has set-up.

She descended from the top perched on a crescent moon. She tried her best to woo the audience with her facial and hand gestures on 'Aao Huzoor Tumko' originally performed by yester-year actress Babita.

Everyone thought this would be just a prelude to a cracker and much more is in-store.

The floor came alive with her famous item number 'UP, Bihar lootney'; yes just the stage and not Shilpa. She remained glued to the floor not willing to shake her leg.

She was accompanied by the two hosts, Karan Wahi and Gautam Rode, who monkeyed around with other dancers but could do nothing to make shilpa move.

If you call shaking midriff for couple of beats a dance, than yes Shilpa did shake her belly.

However, given the fact that Shilpa is a terrific dancer, she will hopefully add an x-factor to the show with her gyrating moves in the coming episodes.

The reality is one of the first projects Shilpa has opted for after becoming a mother.

The popular Bollywood actress has worked in more than 40 Bollywood flicks and then got married to business tycoon, Raj Kundra in 2009 and gave birth to her first child early this year.

Shilpa is judging 'Nach Baliye 5' along with director Sajid Khan and choreographer Terence Lewis.

Terence was the only judge who actually performed on stage dancing on evergreen actor Jeetendra’s hit ‘Nainon mein sapna’ and actor Anil Kapoor’s ‘One two ka four’.
