Plastic change: Kim Kardashian spent $80K on her post-baby body?

Kim Kardashian, who was terribly bloated in the final trimester of her pregnancy, shocked everyone by unveiling a perfect hourglass figure just two months after giving birth.

A magazine report claimed she spent $80,000 on procedures to cheat her way to her defined post-baby body.

Kim Kardashian has slammed rumours she had secret procedures to get rid of her baby weight.

The 33-year-old star, who gave birth five months ago to daughter North West, says she is annoyed at reports she lost 50lbs by having fat-reducing treatments.

The brunette beauty took to Twitter to address the reports and wrote: "I am very frustrated today seeing reports that I got surgery to lose my baby weight! This is FALSE.

"I worked so hard to train myself to eat right & healthy, I work out so hard & this was such a challenge for me but I did it!!!

"I'm so proud of my accomplishment & NO ONE will take this away from me with fake reports!"

Kim added: "Say what u want about me but I work hard & am the most disciplined person u will ever meet!"

According to Life and Style magazine, the star allegedly spent more than $80,000 on stretch-mark treatments and fat-reducing ultrasound procedures to get back in shape. But Kim claims the rumours are false and she did not take the easy way out.

The future Mrs Kanye West first showed off her post-baby body on 'Tonight with Jay Leno' and credited her success to the Atkins diet and regular workouts, while admitting harsh comments about her weight "really did affect" her.

She said: "It really hurt my soul. There were these stories where I was, like, 200 pounds. I was gaining weight because I was pregnant and it was really hard to read all these stories and hear all these nasty things."

But Life & Style alleged Kim achieved this by seeing Dr Simon Ourian, a Beverly Hills plastic surgeon at the Epione clinic.

The magazine claims she's had 'fillers, stretch mark treatments and a fat reducing ultrasound procedure on her stomach that costs up to $5000 a session.

Khloe Kardashian slams Kim's pregnancy bullies

Khloe Kardashian says people who criticised her sister Kim during her pregnancy are "disgusting".

The former 'X Factor' USA host feels sorry for her sibling because of the scrutiny she faced when carrying her daughter North, now five months, and can't understand why she was judged so harshly.

Speaking on Australia's 'The Fifi and Jules Show', Khloe said: "She got pregnant and she got so much scrutiny, and people were just so disgusting to her!

"It's no one else's business ... for you to criticise someone when they're pregnant is so disgusting and disturbing to me."

Khloe is amazed by how quickly Kim - who is engaged to Kanye West - has lost her baby weight but says she "deserves" to have regained her slender frame after working so hard.

She said: "Kim's body is so insane ... (*********) and honey, she deserves it!"
