There is plenty of love and good-will between Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan and Priyanka Chopra, however, the actress is not available for her 'Don'.

Hold your imaginations, this article has got nothing to do with their personal equations (though it may be very tempting to discuss).

Recently, Emirates24|7 reported that actress Katrina Kaif will perform during the opening ceremony of IPL 6 to be held at the Salt Lake Stadium, Kolkata on April 2.

Kolkata Knight Riders owner Shah Rukh Khan, whose firm Red Chillies Entertainment is organising the opening ceremony, wants to rope in other big-league names from the B-town like Priyanka, Kareena Kapoor and Deepika Padukone to make the ceremony a super hit.

Incidentally, this year, Priyanka will not grace the opening ceremony. No, her absence is not due to the rumours surrounding her and SRK.

The actress turned singer will not even be in the country around that time. She had already made a commitment to be in the US regarding her upcoming music album.

Priyanka will be busy shooting the music video for the second song from her album. The shoot is in Miami, post which she will be attending an awards event in Vancouver.

On April 6, 2013 the stars of Bollywood will descend upon Vancouver for the inaugural Times of India Film Awards.

Not just Priyanka, there are now doubts over Jennifer Lopez's performance as well. JLo might not be able to make it to Kolkata due to date issues.

However, SRK has not given up and still trying to convince her. A confirmation is expected within few days.

No matter who gives the nod to SRK, we the audience expect a spectacular mix of razzmatazz and high-octane glittering ceremony which will set the ball rolling for the sixth edition of Indian Premiere League.

The Pepsi IPL 2013 will be played across the country from April 2 to May 26.
