Rihanna, Lady Gaga take top-less to new high

Rihanna has been flying under the radar in recent months but the singer is back in the swing of things.

The 26-year-old has cemented herself as a pop icon but we miss the point of her stripping off completely topless in a daring low-slung jeans for Esquire Magazine’s Food And Drink Special.

The 'Diamonds' singer sent mercury soaring as she flaunted her fabulous figure barely keeping any clothes on.

In one shot, the Grammy Award-winning musician wears nothing more than a pair of low-rider denim jeans, unbuttoned at the top to reveal her toned stomach and collection of intricate tattoos.

But it's not just Esquire, Rihanna also posed topless for Elle Magazine even as she admits she is shy.

In the December issue of Elle Magazine, Rihanna has done a photoshoot and revealed if she wasn't a pop star she would be 'a wife'.

The Bajan-beauty also reveals in the interview, her hangover cure - 'Ice, Chinese food! And an upside-down trash can and towels, preferably next to the toilet'.

Unlike Rihanna, Gaga did not pose for any magazine she displayed her assets during Vienna concert rehearsal.

The 28-year-old singer left little to the imagination by going completely topless during a dance rehearsal in Austria on Sunday afternoon.

While she stripped, a band of assistants stood around her holding wigs and pants as well as her mic pack for her to adopt her next ensemble.

Her semi-nude display was actually a part of the performance.
