Riteish Deshmukh confirms Genelia D’Souza is pregnant

So the rumours were true. Husband Riteish Deshmukh has confirmed to a leading daily that his wife and actress Genelia D'Souza is pregnant.

When asked about the rumours around Genelia's pregnancy, he said, "Yes, she is and we are looking forward to the baby and are very excited about it."

Bollywood's chirpy actress Genelia D'Souza, who is generally inseparable from husband actor Riteish Deshmukh, has been skipping some Bollywood events and also missed the IIFA awards in the USA.

This had led to tongues wagging that Genelia is probably expecting and hence preferred to stay at home. Amidst all speculations the cute couple remained silent.

The pregnancy news first surfaced during the screening of Deshmukh's Marathi film "Yellow", where the actress was seen showing a tiny baby bump. But her spokesperson had declined the reports at that point.

But we guess they have now decided to come out in the open about the pregnancy.

Genelia D’Souza gave all a present surprise when she made her first public appearance at the 'Hawaa Hawaai' screening flaunting her baby bump.

Glowing with happiness, Genelia was accompanied by husband Riteish Deshmukh to watch the Amol Gupte movie.  

Comfortably dresses in loose top and casual trousers, Genelia gave a hint of visible baby bump.
