The 3-minute trailer gives us a glimpse of who's who and who's doing what in the Warner Bros production.

The entire Squad makes an appearance with Margot Robbie's Harley Quinn promising to be the one to watch out for. But it is Jared Leto as the Joker, who steals the show.

The iconic villain, previously played by both Jack Nicholson and Heath Ledger, got quite the makeover for the film - which didn't sit too well with everyone.

Plenty of people criticized the character's new look, which consists of creepy tattoos and dirty-looking grills.

But both Nicholson and Ledger are tough acts to follow, so it is only wise to make these drastic changes to make audiences like the latest version.

There are also speculations that Ben Affleck's Bat-Man may make an appearance in the movie.

The movie is still in the making with the cast shooting in Toronto. The shoot is expect to last through September.

Scheduled to release next August, Suicide Squad features all prominent DC super villains, all of whom team together to battle a larger evil.

Warner Bros. chief of marketing Sue Kroll rebuked the cellphone violators over the weekend, calling the 'Suicide Squad' leaks "damaging" in a statement and said the content was solely intended for the 6,500 people in Hall H.

"Our presentation yesterday was designed to be experienced in that room, on those big screens," she explained.

The 'Suicide Squad' teaser was ultimately posted to YouTube on Monday "with regret."

Kroll justified the reversal by saying, "We cannot continue to allow the film to be represented by the poor quality of the pirated footage stolen from our presentation."
